Fusing Dru Yoga with inspirations from other yoga traditions, red tree yoga classes include flowing movements, directed breathing and deep relaxations. red tree yoga aims to make yoga accessible to all and classes can be adapted to all abilities and levels of fitness. It is never too late to begin a yoga practice and practising yoga regularly has many health benefits.  



Yoga is a very safe and effective way to increase physical activity.

Yoga develops strength, flexibility and balance within the whole body.

Breathing techniques and meditation can release stress and improve immunity.

Regular yoga practice strengthens the spine and surrounding muscles, helping improve your body posture when you stand, sit, sleep or walk. This will help relieve any body pain experienced due to incorrect posture.

Yoga can help with a number of health conditions. For example, it can be beneficial for people with high blood pressure, heart disease, aches and pains – including lower back pain, depression and stress.
